Community Action Pioneer Valley (CAPV) runs the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, offering free, IRS-certified tax preparation for individuals and families who have low incomes throughout Franklin and Hampshire Counties and the North Quabbin region.

For the 2026 season, this year’s tax clinics will be held at:

Greenfield

Mondays: 5:30–8:30 PM Tuesdays: 1:00–4:00 PM

Northampton

155 Pleasant Street

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 5:30–8:30 PM
